Insured delivery

Orders ship fully insured, with a signature on delivery, anywhere in Australia for $20. We can’t deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. We dispatch once your payment has arrived.

Collect in store

Choose Harris Park or Riverstone at checkout. We’ll call when your piece is ready. Please bring photo ID that matches the name on the order.

How pricing works

Each price is based on that piece’s exact gold weight at today’s 22kt rate, includes GST, and is rounded to the nearest dollar. Stones are never charged for. The rate is set each day; the price you see is locked the moment you confirm your order.

Paying

Payment is by bank transfer only. After you confirm, you’ll see our bank details and your order number to use as the reference. Payment must reach us within 48 hours or the order is cancelled and the piece goes back on sale. We will never change our bank details by email or phone.

Returns

No change-of-mind returns or refunds. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Every piece is one of a kind and photographed as it is — if anything isn’t right when it arrives, call us straight away.

Confirming an order

I understand that confirming this order is legally binding. Payment must be received within 48 hours or the order will be cancelled. A cancellation fee of $100 may apply.

Your confirmation email is an order confirmation, not a tax invoice. A tax invoice is issued in store.
